Photographs of the Riot

If you have seen all these from the start without any explanation, it may be interpreted as a Rape Photo of May 1998. These photo comes from East Timor and we are not quite sure when this occured. Some of these were passed around for the sake of propaganda or terrorism to confuse the people.

They are not true rape photos of the riot but are no doubt torture and abuse to human.

Please note:

1. All people (men and women) are masked.
2. All army clothes are new.

3. No indication of armed forces' group or grade and the camouflage motive of the clothes is not a kind of standard Indonesian army clothes

4. No clear indication of wound (but there are "blood" over her body).

But I do believe Indonesian army raped and killed East Timor women, because Bishop Bello stated that he has received many reports from the East Timor natives about the torture and abuse to women.
